Ubiquinol??

Just jumping in really quickly to ask a quick question before I work ends. I’m in the market for some CoQ10 to help my eggies and mister’s spermies (if he ever reads this he’s going to be so angry I said spermies lol)

Anyway. I know I should be looking for ubiquinol over ubiquinone and I’m look for 200mg but if anyone has any other information before I make this investment, that would be awesome! I’m dealing with information overload and I’m not sure which to pick.

Is 200mg too much? Should I try 100 first?

So far I’m looking at the Vitamin Shoppe brand and Jarrow Formula brand. I’m on the Ubiquinol website but there’s too much to choose from.

Please help, Love you, Thanks! Bye!

  1. Have you read the book “it starts with the egg” by rebecca fett. Lots of info on egg & sperm health and good supplements vs bad, and of dosages… As well as diet changes. I think I took 200 mg per day for about 110 days before my most recent cycle. Good luck!

  2. My RE recommended 200-300 mg. I was on the NOW brand for a couple years, and my RE was a fan. I switched to Integrative Therapeutics recently on the recommendation of my acupuncturist. That one is about twice the price of NOW. I’m a fan of both, but based on circumstantial evidence I suppose I’d recommend the latter the most.

  3. I had a baby because of Ubiquinol- I used the naturewise brand and took only 100 mg a day. I have a post about it on my blog.

I conceived and gave birth to my ubiquinol miracle at age 45

    GOOD LUCK!
